Yesterday, we talked about those special people in your company that go the extra mile, those people that wear 5 hats, those people that you probably could not function without.
For those people, you can never truly pay them for all that they do. Some say that those jobs are thankless jobs. Prove them wrong! Say thank you! Show your appreciation. Give them the day off or half days when you can. Take the time to make them feel appreciated.
