   Every office these people. They are the ones that consistently come in early and leave late. They work on all of the special projects. These people wear four or five hats in the office. These are the people that the office probably could not operate without. 

   Unfortunately, these are also the people who usually get paid the least but have been there forever.  These are the people who can never take a day off. 

   Every company needs these people. The question is can you keep them? Do you appreciate them? Finally, how are the rewarded?
