Pt 1
This is the story of a hard working business woman. She doesn't just work hard. She's in early and stays late. She's an over achiever.
Knowing all of this, her bosses give her more work, assign her more tasks. Then they give her mandatory over time and mandatory weekends. She basically becomes a supervisor without the pay. She gets calls and texts at all hours. Then, one day she has a break down at work. She takes a few days off. The following weeks they pour even more on her plate. She asks for a raise. Her bosses put off responding then they politely refuse but offer her promotion. Mind you that she is already making less than many of her counter parts. Given the quality of her work, duties, ethic, etc is she being miss managed? Should she get a raise? Should she take the promotion ? Are her bosses trying to kill her?
