What does it take? What are the elements? Do those things change as the business grows?
It takes a need or a want. That need or want must be shaped so that it can meet the needs and wants of many people.
From there, that need or want must be on a platform that will present it to a large number of people at the same or similar time.
The same care and time and effort that we put into creating a product are the same ingredients of food and air and water. This is what will keep it healthy and alive. Neglect it and it will die. Or risk losing it.
