I met with a client yesterday. It was a quick meeting. He has come to the place on the business road that requires a quick decision. This decision could make and save his company a ton of money.
Business is going well. They are taking on more new clients and they are running out of office space. Should he rent more space? Purchase a building that they can grow into? Or should they move some of the senior associates to telecommuters who work from home and work in the office once a week?
