So, I jumped in and helped her create a plan of attack. We looked at two possible solutions.
First, I asked her to gather and print out all of the resumes that she has and to create folders for them. She did it and began to look at them and highlighting the most important information. After doing those things she found that one of her long time employees had just gotten her college degree and would be a great candidate. She's a perfect fit. She knows the systems and the customers.
