I met with an old boss today. What started out as a casual visit quickly became a full on consultation. Trapped at her desk behind a ton of files, my old boss was quick to say that she was glad that I was there and that she needed my help. She had a few problems and was only aware two problems.
The first problem that she talked about was finding good or potentially good managers. She said that she had a ton of resumes but, none looked qualified.
