The other day, I did a consultation. It was with an employee of a large company. She has been with this company for the last four years. She exceeds expectations and has taken specialty classes in her field.
She has been applying for new positions. She knows where she wants to go and how she wants to get there. Unfortunately, she has been passed up for a few promotions.
