Who trains your boss? Who trains your trainers? Who teaches the teachers? In business and business development you cannot create a closed loop when it comes to training and development. You have to update all of your systems which includes trainers, managers, and coaches.
Many times you will see a businessman create a genius plan and execution. Then, the fizzle goes away and what appeared to be genius is now stagnant and old. How did it happen ? The creator forgot how he initially reached that point. Which was through hard work and careful studying.
