Safety first
- make sure that a number of your employees are CPR and first aid certified
- make sure you have a working AED on sight
- make sure that you first aid kits are stocked
- practice emergency drills with your staff
- have the number of your closest fire department handy
- map out safety routes to the closest emergency room
