For me, 2012 was a very big year. Looking back, my biggest accomplishment was not; starting a franchise, it wasn't opening a new location, it wasn't traveling across the country doing what I like, and it wasn't helping a small business exceed their own expectations. I worked hard and was fortunate enough to do all of those things and more.
My take away from 2012 or my greatest accomplishment was teaching my kids to swim. Taking them to the pool five or six days a week to swim and have fun. I look back on those days and smile.
